Brooke, first make sure the password you enter when setting up the email app is your UARK Gmail Mobile/IMAP password (you can create this password at password.uark.edu). If you try this and it's still not working, please contact our Help Desk at 479-575-2905 or open an AskIT case at askit.uark.edu.

I changed my email password because someone was hanging over my shoulder while I typed it in. My phone kicked me out after that. I followed the directions with the new password and it will not verify anymore.

Bailey, I'm sorry to hear you had trouble logging into your email app after changing your password. When updating your password on your email app, make sure you are entering your UARK Gmail Mobile/IMAP password (instead of your regular UARK password). If the problem persists, please submit an AskIT case at askit.uark.edu.
