Technology Enhanced Classrooms: Annotation

Campus Standard Technology Enhanced Classrooms installed by IT Services are equipped with a tabletop room controller and projector that allows input from the classroom computer, a laptop and an auxiliary device. 

Digital annotation software, Open-Sankoré, on the classroom computer allows annotation of anything viewed on the computer, including web pages, images, presentations, items under the document camera, etc.

  1. Select Open-Sankoré from Windows Start menu or open it from the desktop shortcut.

  2. Click Show Desktop in the main window. Open a document or web page to start annotating.

  3. Use the annotation tool window on the left to select the appropriate drawing tool and annotate using the mouse or the Wacom stylus.
