Outlook: Export and Import Calendars
Export a Calendar File from Outlook
Outlook 2010 (Windows)

Open Outlook. Select the File tab. Click Open, Import.

Select "Export to a file." Click Next.

Select a file type from the dropdown menu. Click Next.
Note: To export recurring appointments or tasks, select "Outlook Data File (.pst)." Choose "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" for compatibility with Excel and other applications. -
In the folder list, select the Calendar folder to export. Click Next.

Click Browse and save the exported file. Click Next.

Under "The following actions will be performed," confirm the "Export Appointments from folder: Calendar" box is checked.

Select option (or accept defaults) to Map Custom Fields. Click Finish. Set a date range. Click OK.
Outlook 2011 (Mac)

Open Outlook. Click Calendar and select the calendar you wish to export.

Click File and Export. Select "Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm)."

Click "Items of the following types" and ensure that only the Calendar box is checked. Click the advance arrow.

Click "No, do not delete items" when prompted.

Save the .olm file to your computer.
Import a Calendar File to Outlook
Outlook 2010 (Windows)
Internet Calendar (.ics) files can be imported to Outlook by double-clicking the file. For other file types:

Open Outlook. Click the File tab. Click Open and Import.

Select "Import from another program or file." Click Next.

Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" as the import file format. Click Next.

Click Browse and select the file you wish to import. Select options for handling duplicate events. Click Next.

Select the Calendar as the destination folder. Click Next.

Select from options (or accept defaults) to Map Custom fields or change the destination folder. Click Finish.
Outlook 2011 (Mac)
Outlook for Windows (.pst), Outlook for Mac (.olm), and Internet Calendar (.ics) files can be imported to Outlook by double-clicking the file.
